The BOSSTM website is a small business and just like you, The BOSSTM must rely on customer feed back to offer efficent, high quality products and services. And, because The BOSSTM is an Internet based business it is critical that we both understand that email communication lacks the physical characteristics of sight, sound, smell and voice inflexion which makes up about 95% of a face-to-face and 75% of a telephone conversation.
